SHIPPING, REFUNDS, PAYMENT & WHOLESALE
SHIPPING POLICY
Free shipping on orders over $75 within the continental US (excluding Hawaii and Alaska). Standard shipping fees apply on all other orders ($3.50-$7.99 based on weight).
We offer standard priority shipping (2-5 business days). We currently ship to addresses in the US and China. Please note, we currently do not ship to PO/APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
We will process and ship most orders within 48 hours, M-F. Once your order has shipped, we will email you with the shipping confirmation and tracking number. Please note, we are not responsible for additional fees or misplaced deliveries due to mistyped or incorrect addresses from the customer.
On the rare occasion that damages occur to the product during shipping, please send us photos to everlife@shangri-land.com, along with a description of the damage, and we will work to resolve the issue. If your order is incomplete or incorrect, we sincerely apologize -- please notify us and include your order number so we can process and correct the situation.
REFUND POLICY
If you are not happy with the product, please email us at everlife@shangri-land.com within 30 days of purchase, and we are happy to be of assistance. In the event of an authorized return, we will refund the full amount of the product (less shipping fees). Please note we can only accept returns and refunds of unopened products, and are not responsible for return shipping fees.
