Mix together 1 pack of EverLife, 1 small banana, 1 tablespoon peanut ( or any nut/seed ) butter, ½ teaspoon baking powder, and 1-2 teaspoons of water (if batter is too dry). Add nuts or chocolate chips if desired. Bake in the oven for 12 minutes at 350F and let it cool.

Add as much as you want to your yogurt, oatmeal, pudding, cereal, overnight oats etc. for a light, sweet vanilla and protein boost. The combinations here are endless!

Mix 1 pack of EverLife with 2-4 teaspoons of water (adjust based on desired consistency), to create a creamy, low-calorie, low-fat spread for your toast, crackers, or bagel.

    Vanilla Protein Spread

Mix 1 pack of EverLife in 500 mL of cold water. We recommend first adding some water in your glass/bottle, then adding the powder, and finally the remaining water. Shake/stir well. The blend increases in creaminess over time and can be left in the fridge for 1-2 days.

    Plant Protein Milk

Add one pack of EverLife to any smoothie or shake you are making (fruits, veggies, milk, ice cream, oats etc.) for extra protein, fiber, and vanilla flavor. Blend well and enjoy!
